Well, I realize it has been quite a while since I posted. We took all of February and most of January off to revamp our sets, learn some new tunes and for me to get my shoulder surgery taken care of. The shoulder ain't healing as quick as I had hoped but I am hoping I'll be back up and running by our 3/3 return to the Mill Rock. This was the site of Groundwürx's premiere a couple of months ago

Well, it was a great trip down memory lane Saturday at The Glenville Saloon. We had a lot of our friends show up and most of us had spent a lot of time at Allen's back in our early days so it was fun to reminisce. The double-edged sword of having a bunch of friends show up is that you don't have enough time to really talk to any of them without ignoring others. Haven't figured out a good solution

Wow!! It's been a month since I last posted. Lots has been happening, although most of it was not band-related. Bev and I took a trip to Puerta Vallarta, Mexico for a week that was amazing and relaxing and fun and much-needed. Had a short but productive practice last night. Finished up the last of the new tunes for the Mill Rock 'premiere'. From here in it will just be working on the sets to get them as tight and fluid as we can.
